I did use NMM to install the bsa's and it did so with no errors its the latest version. I have used the most recent version of TTW and installer worked perfectly. Game gets constant 60 fps in small spaces such as in vault 101, but as soon as I leave vault fps drops to ~25 fps megaton is ~60. Fallout 3 is normal version with dlc purchased a very long time ago from GFWL NV is game of year edition, both games on steam. Mod order is correct, used loot and then cross-checked it against install faqs. I've uninstalled the few mods I have but with no change to fps. Back before I installed TTW I got 60 fps constant, then after much lower. I had sli enabled before but disabled it as some said it causes issues with the game. GPU utilization is very very low though, getting around 10%. CPU utilization seems Alright for the game it uses a good amount of the 8 core cpu, about 5 cores.
I even did a fresh install of NV with a fresh installl of TTW just to see if it would fix my issue, alas it did not. I've tried ini fixes, 4 gig patch, and latest fose. Hi, I've been trying desperately to fix my super low fps issue I've been having since installing TTW.
